After complete building envelope renovations to Building 3600 and other aesthetic upgrades on the Warrington Campus of Pensacola State College, Morette Company was once again selected as the Construction Manger for the total interior renovation of the T. Felton Harrison Student Affairs Building.
The interior renovations included a complete remodel of the student services center. The building was reconstructed to create a warm, inviting space for students to gather. The renovation also upgraded administrative offices and meeting spaces housed within the building.
Morette Company also relocated the campus' bookstore and installed a Subway restaurant in the facility. All of the services were completed while the campus was operational. Through detailed planning and coordination, Morette Company was able to phase the renovation to ensure that interruptions the students, facility and staff of the College were minimized. Construction was completed ahead of schedule, under budget and without any safety incidents.
"We have found Morette Company very cost conscious with a strong quality assurance program. Every project that Morette has completed for us was completed on time and under budget, resulting in a return of funds to the college."
